Privacy Agreement
This Privacy Agreement explains how your personal data is processed and protected while you use the Veskon service. For the detailed KVKK disclosure, please see our KVKK page.
1. Data Collected
We process account data (email, name and profile image from Google sign-in), subscription status, and usage logs needed to operate the service.
We do not collect or store your payment card details; payments are processed through the iyzico infrastructure.
2. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to provide the service, manage the subscription, ensure security, prevent abuse, and fulfil legal obligations.
3. Security
Your data is protected with industry-standard measures and all traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Payment transactions are carried out on the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure; your card details never reach our systems.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used to maintain your session. Optional analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) are set only with your explicit consent; we use them to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
5. Third Parties (Sub-processors)
We work with sub-processors for hosting, storage, payments (iyzico), authentication (Google) and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta). Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
Under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may submit requests to info@ardeyazilim.com; you can also download your data or delete your account from your account Settings.
