2. The Service

Veskon is a software service that shows websites and businesses that have recently launched, together with public business information such as category, country and the technologies they use. Paid plans add features such as real-time access, filters, alerts, exports, an API and, where a business has published them, its business contact details.

The features and price of each plan are described on the pricing page. The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a third-party account (such as Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Veskon is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle sells the subscription to you, processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles billing questions and refunds. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies in your location at checkout.

5. Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

7. Acceptable Use

You must use Veskon, and any information you obtain through it, in compliance with applicable law, including data protection laws (such as the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK) and electronic marketing and anti-spam laws. You are responsible for the outreach you choose to do; Veskon does not send messages on your behalf.

You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, keep contacting a recipient who has asked you to stop, resell or publish data from Veskon as a list or database, access the service by automated means other than our API within your plan's limits, or use Veskon for any unlawful, harassing or deceptive purpose.

8. Accuracy of Information

Information in Veskon comes from publicly available sources and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, or any particular business result.

9. Intellectual Property

Veskon, its software, design and content belong to Arde. While your account is in good standing you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to use exports for your own internal business purposes.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or the service. You can stop using Veskon and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email or on the site; continuing to use Veskon after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
